BREWER - When Bucksport used a Madysen Robichaud two-run home run earlier this week to advance to the Class C Softball State Championship, the Lady Bucks made it clear: they wanted Madison. And when it came time to square off with the Bulldogs, they were very much ready to deliver.

Despite the Bulldogs hopping to a 1-0 lead in the third, the Lady Bucks dropped two runs on a MaKenzie Smith single to take the lead in the fifth. Katelin Saunders then finished it out for the Lady Bucks, clinching the undefeated season and yet another Class C state title.
