Chorus sings in honor of one of its own

Written by

OLD TOWN - The chorus of the Old Town Museum put on a show in honor of a  member who passed away.

Members of the chorus dedicated their performance to Pam Martin, who died earlier this year.

The  chorus sang songs Sunday afternoon that came from 1890 all the way to 1990. Members say  they did it because they felt it was the best way to honor Martin's legacy.

"Very talented lady and very much devoted to music and helping people to enjoy it. She did a lot of work with older citizens for a long time now but she has also done it for everything. She was just an all-around person," said museum board member Barbra Conners.
