LONDON (ABC NEWS) - What appears to be another terror attack in London. The fourth in three months, the assailant, a white driver, using a van to target muslims leaving a mosque. Monday morning, London's mayor called it a "deliberate" attack.

Overnight, chaos struck London again with10 injured and one dead.


A crowd of worshippers, who was just leaving evening prayers at a local mosque, was targeted in a malicious attack at 12:15 a.m.


Authorities are calling it "a major incident" 


A white van on Seven Sisters Road in North London suddenly accelerated, veering off the road and ramming into the pedestrians. Leaving behind a trail of broken and bloodied victims .


Bystanders wrestled the alleged suspect from this van, pinning him down until officers arrived.


Within minutes police and emergency crews swarmed the scene, shutting down the area.


People attended to the injured, administering chest compress ions at the scene.


What started as a night of worship during the holy month of Ramadan, nearby residents were horrified, as they described a scene of carnage.


This latest indecent came as the City of London is still on edge.


Officials called this a potential terror attack. If confirmed this would be the 4th terrorist attack in Great Britain this year, just 2 weeks ago a white van driving on the London Bridge started plowing into pedestrians, before a deadly stabbing spree.


Monday morning, Prime Minister Theresa May said "This is terrible incident. All my thoughts are with those who have been injured."
