A celebration was held at Darling's Ford in Bangor this morning as it turned over the keys to the folks from Camp Campella.
The camp serves children and adults with disabilities, but all the campers have transportation needs to take part in the day program.
Thanks to Darling's, the camp will be able to use this van to transport campers to and from the program on Phillips Lake.
Darlings GM, Otis Soohey said "Gives everyone the opportunity to start camp at the same time versus people trying to get there at different times of the day and start a couple hours later. So now they'll have the full day to use the facilities there."
"This allows more people to have that experience and help their parents get to and from camp." added camp director Heidi Riggs.
The van will be used to pick day campers up at a location in Bangor to bring them to the camp in Dedham.
Darling's Auto Group is loaning the van for six months and has found others ways to support Camp Capella in the past.
